Responsibilities:
- Works with various business units to understand business data and the underlying processes
- Identifies meaningful insights from large data sources; interprets and communicates insights and findings from analyses and experiments to product, service, and business stakeholders
- Designs, develops, tests, and implements appropriate solutions through data analysis, model development, and visualization
- Communicates with the managers and teams regarding the scope and progress of the work
Qualifications:
- Juniors pursuing a Bachelor’s with a concentration in a quantitative field such as Math, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Operations Research, Engineering or Physics
- A GPA of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 Scale (or equivalent) + PhD or Master’s candidates with a concentration in a quantitative field such as Math, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Operations Research, Engineering or Physics and a GPA of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 Scale (or equivalent)
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
- Able to alter behavior and opinions in light of new information
- Data visualization skills: quickly and effectively tell the data story and use visualization techniques to highlight salient points
