Full-time. Remote. Salary based on experience and location.
What You’ll Do:
- Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.

- Drive end-to-end requirement gathering for cross-functional and enterprise-wide initiatives. Outputs include requirements documents, story maps, business process diagrams, solution diagrams and as-is/to-be comparisons as well as translation into functional and technical requirements.
- Manage business partner relationships, facilitating cross-functional collaboration and consistent communication between teams.
- Review test plans and acceptance criteria; conducts user acceptance testing and feature validation; provide tactical troubleshooting.
- Apply in-depth application knowledge to drive the resolution of challenging technical issues and collaborate with others to solve complex problems.
- Engage in design and impact assessment for complex, high-value technology solutions, working closely with engineers to create recommendations when designing new system capabilities.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of applications to complete the simple to moderately complex configuration of application components.
- Act as a servant-leader of the scrum team by ensuring the team understands scope, requirements and big picture of individual deliveries, eliminating roadblocks, coaching team members on agile best practices, and facilitating scrum ceremonies.
What We’re Looking For:

BA/BS degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field.
Equivalent work experience as a Business Analyst would be considered.
- Certified Scrum Master or relevant work experience is a plus.
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience.
- 2+ years of experience working with technology or software delivery teams.
- Overall view of how Enterprise Technology connects end to end.
- Understanding of business operations and how they relate to customer support.
- Ability to think analytically.
- Ability to influence and drive business stakeholders to decisions.
- Ability to review and drive recommendations based on trending and forecasting data.

Compensation: $60,000+/Year
Compensation is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
