The Data Analytics engineer chapter is responsible for implementing the end-to-end data transformations from ingestion, to consumption, ensuring a governed, and structured use-cases consumption. We have a validated focus on data quality and code quality, enhancing functional and non-functional requirements, and ensuring scalable and performant processes while demonstrating PaaS and IaaS components. Design and maintain the data assets to meet the customer s needs.
What you will do
Be a Strategic leader
- Ensure alignment to overall IT strategies, processes, and models
- Supply directly and indirectly to one or several leadership teams, strategic, tactical, and operational work and targets
- Provide strategic input and support in shaping unit pivotal initiatives programs
- Strategizing architecting learning and delivery model for AI and Data Solutions/Products/Frameworks which includes designing End to End solutions, Data Security, Multi-factor Authentication solutions using Databricks, Spark, ML algorithms on Cloud (Azure AWS – IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS) / OnPrem, etc.
- Drive innovation and innovation culture in the chapter
- Advocate for a product oriented execution model and represent chapter to stakeholders
Be a Data and Analytics Topic leader / Champion
- Lead topic development (incl. market and industry trends) within chapter domain as well as educating others (chapter/across Ericsson)
- Develop chapter culture, ways of working, and professional standards, the body of knowledge in Data Engineering, Machine Learning, AI, Analytics Engineering
- Drive adoption of Agile practices in units to align with product ways of working, establish efficient delivery models to demonstrate economies of scale and expertise
- Align team to achieve OKRs
- Coaching and Mentoring in building a full-fledged highly innovative team ( Data /Analytics /ML Engineers) that can use Explorative or Requirement driven models in the delivery
Be a People Leader
- People Management, incl. recruiting processes and onboarding
- Drive Performance Management (Process), competence development, and career progressions (incl. salaries)
- Identifying competencies from the right vendors and ensuring that external capabilities follow chapter standards and ways of working
- Financial planning, forecasting, budget requests, and actuals for people/Resources (Line) for the chapter
- Aligning decisions on the people requirements and allocations resulting from business decisions lined up from governance forums
- Building up capabilities and secure that short- and long-term capacity of chapter members meet demand
- Ensure best-fit-allocation for the deployment of chapter members

You should have the experience working
- In Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence Solutions
- as a Solution Architect in DW / BI and BigData space
- in the Sophisticated Analytics space
- in Cloud (AWS /Azure) / SAP / DW Tools.
- in the Delivery of Analytics solutions
You should have the passion to
- develop products/frameworks in Data / ML / AI space.
- mentor, coach, and lead team members in Analytics/ Data Engineering / Machine Learning / AI / Data Exchange / Data Products, etc
- pursue a career in Data Space / AI / ML space (Techno- functional-managerial)
- research and read on what is happening in the market (Azure/AWS/ Blockchain/Data/Quantum Compute etc) to apply those in Data and Analytics products.
