EY – Senior Associate– Experience Management
As part of our EY-Assurance Team, you will be working to ensure effective resource scheduling on scheduling tools, considering resource management guidelines, processes and protocols
The opportunity
Looking for dynamic person with 5+ years of experience, to take care of MIS, VBA development and PowerBI activities for our clients and work closely with team members to achieve the goals.
Overview
The Resource Deployment Assistant (RDA) is an important support role to Service Line Resource Deployment teams and the wider UK&I Resource Deployment network.
The role provides an end to end administrative support both to the Resource Deployment team and to the business with a focus around Retain administration, reporting and matching supply with demand, where required.
This role is supervised by the SL Resource Deployment team and may work with several individuals on a day to day basis including some limited client facing contact with the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Must have knowledge of advance excel, VBA, Power BI & Power Query
- Automation using VBA, PDF and Web applications
- Continuous VBA development and support
- Understand the existing VBA based tools and codes to provide effective support
- Analyse and write VBA codes along with carrying out testing
- Good knowledge in VBA scripting including looping and conditions
- Ability to develop custom error handling and reporting methods
- Creating reusable codes for VBA
- Carry out proficient programming using MS excel macros and excel functions
- Experience on developing reports/dashboards on Microsoft Power BI
- Ability to define a data model, create and customize simple visualizations, hierarchies and drill-down
- Ability to create and deploy reports/dashboards on Power BI service portal
- MS Excel 2010 Advanced with VB Scripting skills and experience generating complex macros
- Automation skill using VB. Skilled in Power query and power pivots
- Data representation tool skill (eg: Tableau, Spitfire, etc)
- Desirable – Experience or knowledge in RDBMS (MS Access, SQL Server etc)

- Should be able to work independently on assigned task
- The role requires someone who can manage a number of concurrent activities, with strong multi-tasking, prioritization, organizational and time management skills.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Graduate in related discipline
- MS Office experience with advanced Macro automation and Advanced excel functions.
- Data analysis and representation using Power BI, PowerPoint and Tools (eg: Tableau, Spitfire, etc)
- Experience in multiple systems and applications
- Prior work experience in a large professional services or financial services company
- Experience working with clients from different countries (Desirable)
- Experience working in a business where the primary spoken language is English
