FAIRSOFT GLOBAL (Company) is a software company specializing in providing implementation services. We are currently looking for an energetic, dependable, experienced and professional Business Analyst(BA”) for the Hyderabad office with experience in business analysis and software application configuration. The BA will work closely with other team members on supporting and enhancing the Company’s projects utilizing the latest tools and technologies.
Roles and Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and implement them in a system configuration tool that he/she will learn to use with fluency and ease.
- Work closely with the team members from various offices in obtaining system requirements and implementing them to the specifications.
- Understand the business issues and data challenges in implementing software solutions.
- Configure system requirements and program functions to align with the defined business requirements provided.
- Drive and configure the implementation of software solutions from concept to completion.
- Provide analysis and support for the application development and QA teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Effectively communicate relevant project information to superiors.
- Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion.
- Understand how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
- Perform unit testing and contribute to integration testing.
- Evaluate 3rd party software and develop recommendations.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding the information being processed, stored or accessed.
- Responsibilities may require evening and weekend work in response to needs of the projects being worked on.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must have the ability to travel to customer sites as required.
Required Candidate profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related TECHNICAL field with Three (3) to Six (6) years experience as Software Business Analyst.
- Excellent and effective oral and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical personnel.
- Strong customer service and customer centric philosophy.
- Excellent organizational, planning and prioritization skills.
- General understanding in the areas of business application usage, especially involving database technologies.
- Creative problem-solving ability and demonstrated autonomy and sense of initiative.
- Desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment.
- Focused, results-driven, positive demeanor.
- Awareness of new and emerging technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex issues and design appropriate solutions.
- Must have strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) best practices.
- Knowledge of relational database and Structured Query Language (SQL).
