Job Description:

As part of the Fidelity Digital Assets team, the Business Analyst, Data and R is responsible for execution and ongoing improvement of operational and management reporting. The position is critical to developing reporting and analysis to drive scale and efficiency across multiple systems, groups, and processes. #cryptojobs

We are looking for someone who is passionate about business intelligence, data visualization, business requirements exploration and discovery, systems improvements, data consumption processes and reporting.

This position is based in Boston, Raleigh, or Salt Lake City.

The Expertise You Have

• Ideal candidate will have 5-7+ years in the financial service industry, with expertise in the creation of operational and management reports

• Experience using data and analytics to consult and inform business strategy

• Degree or experience in a quantitative analysis field (Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance or Business.)

• Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools, analyzing large data sets, modeling, and presentation tools (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint) and experience with tools such as Tableau and Power BI

• Understanding of database design and data governance to ensure reporting and outputs are accurate, timely and complete

• Ability to interpret business objectives and design reporting and the presentation of data to meet those objectives

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Good interpersonal skills, including excellent written and verbal communications skills

• Ability to troubleshoot issues and collaborate with technology partners to ensure quick resolution

• Conceptual understanding of data collection and business intelligence tools

• Knowledge and experience with SQL and MS Excel

• Ability to work on multiple assignments simultaneously

• Team-oriented, self-starter
