Sr. NLP Analyst – Data Science
The Role
The Digital Solutions chapter helps create world class digital experiences at scale. Our chapter members humanize products, services, and experiences by:
- Integrating deep research & industry awareness
- Impacting product strategy
- Driving implementation across all client and associate touchpoints.
You will be embedded on a squad where you will provide business analysis and expertise to support the creation of digital experiences that support our PI clients and associates.

The Analyst & Data Science Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Computational Statistics, Computational Linguistics, Machine Learning or related technical fields
- 1-3+ years of commercial or academic experience executing/leading work for digital or AI powered products.
- Proficiency with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Data Science Python Modules: Pandas, Spacy, nltk, etc.
- Experience developing, tuning, and evaluating various types of machine learning algorithms, e.g. supervised, unsupervised, deep learning, neural networks
- Proficiency in the entire Predictive Modeling life cycle – From exploratory data analysis to data cleaning to Feature Engineering to Model Building and Validation, Operationalization and Scalability of scientific techniques and establishing decision strategies
- Strong proficiency with data analytics and related toolsets – e.g. SQL, AWS-Athena, Snowflake
- Exposure to or experience with AWS Cloud ML or similar
- Exposure to or experience working with dialog platforms like DialogFlow, Amazon Lex, etc.
- Ability and willingness to work with third-party ASR and NLU platforms, with an eye toward innovation and augmentation.

Please see below for the salary range for work locations in Colorado only:
$64,000 – $100,000
This position is eligible for incentive compensation or an annual bonus opportunity.
