Roles:
1. The candidate should be familiar with business intelligence tools, can model datasets, and can partner with leaders to answer key business questions. You analytical, creative and quick to absorb business knowledge and will have the opportunity to showcase your skills in the following areas
2. Own the design, development and maintenance of ongoing reports, metrics, analyses, dashboards to drive key business decisions
3. Make recommendations for new metrics, techniques and strategies to improve further in future

Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification: BE/BTech
Mandatory Skills – SQL, Power BI, Advanced Excel, etc
Experience: Min. 2Yrs with Data / Business Analysis role.
Position No.2:
Team Leader – MIS
Roles:
1. Interaction with Zonal Ops and other support team to resolve queries or issues.
2. Monitoring of metrics on a daily basis, working on solving the issues and make call outs regarding the same along with RCA timely manner.
Required Candidate profile
Qualification: Any UG / PG
Experience: Min. 1 Year.
Strong MS Excel Skills

Knowledge of R, Python, SQL will be added advantage.

Consultant – Business Analyst (Sales)
Roles:
1. In stock reporting (different cuts – FC, Sales Band, MSKU,L1, vertical)
2. In stock and DOH waterfall reporting and trends
3. Inventory Health: SMNM, Excess, Waterfall elements, liquidation pricing (B2C)
4. Buying PO recco. to PO released status tracking
5. Automated Buying: Policy Uploads, automated mailers to get POs pushed
6. REP vs Merch tracking (Additional Buying tracking)
7 Building Grocery IPC Dashboard
Required Candidate profile

Consultant – Business Analyst
Roles
- You will work closely with internal Flipkart Teams to identify, define, collect, and track key business metrics for products or business processes.
- Pull data required to conduct business analysis, build reports, dashboards and metrics to monitor the performance.
- Work with the stakeholders to take data driven decisions.
- Work alongside the sales force team to streamline the defined process for sales force applications
- Lead the user management charter centrally to support the on ground sales team

Roles
Excel and MIS:
- Works across several dashboards while also developing some himself/herself to ensure data availability to operational decision making
- Will also develop many decision making frameworks helping others/dependent teams to take effective decisions
- Basic data handling and good reporting skills.
- Creating and maintaining repositories
Operations:
- Expected to set several processes, reporting formats that will be used to interpret the health of operations.
- Able to interpret numbers to find out bottlenecks of operations and troubleshoot them with the right stakeholders.
- Monitor daily sales and analyze trends
Stakeholder Management:
- Working with cross functional teams spread across Flipkart. The role demands understanding operations through numbers and is desirable to index on data interpretation skills.
- Deal with daily ambiguities to solve issues ensuring unblocking material flows within TATs and also contribute to design corrections to enable us to develop long term solves for the process defects
Required Candidate profile
- Bachelors in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or related discipline from a reputed institute or an MBA from a reputed institute
