Forge Forward is looking to hire a Mid-Level Analyst to serve clients in the DC region (and throughout the US as required). The position requires a minimum of 8 years work experience analyzing client-focused change to develop insights and advise on change efforts. Preferred candidates will have extensive experience working with government agencies at the federal (DoD), state, or municipal level. Active Secret clearance is required.
Position will provide opportunity to develop subject matter expertise in one or more related change management disciplines. Must possess skills in project planning and management. Support client interface on efforts related to project management and execution, with opportunity to develop skills to facilitate meetings and sessions. Ability to understand client applications and then use and interpret the data to help clients make informed decisions.>
Position will be based in Arlington, VA with some remote work possible and travel as required (approx. monthly) around Washington Metro area and/or other major cities throughout the US.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years work experience as an analyst.
- Extensive experience working with government agencies at the federal (DoD), state, or municipal level.
- Bachelors degree with focus in economics, business management, finance, or political science. Advanced degree is a plus.
- Active Secret clearance.

- Experience or knowledge of DoD Naval organizations and major efforts.
- Familiarity with and understanding of Naval SYSCOMs: NAVSEA, NAVAIR, NAVWAR and USMC.
