Job Description – Manager – MIS & Analytics
Experience Level – 8-10 years
Location – Mumbai
Experience & Skills:
– Minimum8 years of experience in a MIS management role
– Should have managed Contact Center MIS
– Should have understanding of Contact Centre Operations KPIs
– Ability to establish credibility and rapport with all key stakeholders including product, marketing, engineering teams
– He/she should thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
– Should have done Contact Centre volume forecast & capacity planning
– Should have strong MIS & analytics skills
– Candidate should possess good knowledge and hands on experience on advance Excel/VBA, PPT, MySQL & PowerBI
– Ability to handle pressure
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Should have good presentation skills
Roles & Responsibilities:
– Required to generate, maintain, consolidate and track various reports
– Handling multiple reports, working with formula, pivot tables & pivot charts, and various other excel sheet components for accurate data
– Updating various informative Dashboards on daily and weekly basis
– Emailing Reconciled MIS Reports with data visualization details using charts like Bar Chart & Pie Charts
– Generating & Preparing Daily, Weekly, Monthly MIS Reports
– Develop and execute data-based experiments to increase efficiency of decision making based on the results.
– Identify the opportunities of automating the reports, snapshots and dashboards using advanced formulae, Macros, VB and other technique
– Budget Collation and Reporting along with tracking the Budget Vs actual and prepare the reasoning for reporting
– Validate, Audit & Approve Contact Centre billing
– Work with Contact Centre partner on reporting standardization
