Program Analyst

Job Description
- Perform complex tasks involving the gathering, analyzing and compiling of data and information into well-written reports, manuals, guidance documents, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities, and initiate follow up to ensure timely achievement of commitments.
- Serve as a liaison between the division and customers.
- Support end users.
- Create and implement project plans and track action items.
- Collect data and comments from multiple sources and integrate it into a cohesive response.
- Clearly communicate data analysis, findings, conclusions, and recommendations to a variety of audiences through static (PowerPoint presentations and briefings) or interactive presentations (Tableau), and via written reports (e.g., white papers, memoranda, information papers, emails, reports).
- Create and document functional and technical requirements in collaboration with customer
- Support members of team in other related duties
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in English, communications, business administration, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of relevant experience
Qualifications
- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills; proofreading/editing experience preferred.
- Exceptional knowledge MS Office Suite particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Familiarity with Agile project management principles preferred
- Experience in graphic design, desktop publishing, technical writing, or illustration desirable.
- Experience with data analysis and data visualizations a plus.
- Ability to convert technical knowledge into easily understood terms.
- Ability to work effectively as a member of a team
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Additional Desired Skills:
- Familiarity with refugee and immigrant populations, a plus.
- Proficiency with social science research, and statistics/statistical software packages.

The likely salary range for this position is $60,000 – $90,000, this is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
