Job Location: Chennai
Genesys is looking for a Senior Integration developer to Design, develop, implement and support business solutions for Order-to-Cash and Finance domains using Dell Boomi and similar tools. . You will be part of the highly skilled IT Enterprise Integration team in Chennai that handles end-to-end integration for various transactional data across multiple SaaS applications.
This a challenging role where you will be working very closely with Integration architects, other IT teams and business to provide appropriate and efficient IT solutions for simple-to-complex integration requirements. You will also be required to provide Level-3 support to the Integration team to resolve day-to-day issues
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, Develop and implement complex to very complex integration solution across Finance, Order Management, Legal, Procurement and HR business functions.
- Work closely with US team to translate the requirements into feasible and efficient technical solutions.
- Be highly accurate in activity assessment, effort estimation and delivery commitment to ensure that all project activities are delivered on time without comprising the quality.
- Time-to-time, involve in support activities to resolve high priority issues.
- Perform design code reviews as needed
- Lead/Perform third party testing, performance testing and UAT coordination
- Be flexible to work on multiple tools and domains, as per the organization direction.
Requirements:
- Certified Dell Boomi Associate Developer preferred
- Overall, more than 7 years of development Support experience in integration domain
- 4 or more years of experience in BOOMI Integrations Design, development, deployment, and support
- Experience in designing complex integration solutions based on Dell Boomi to integrate applications like Successfactors, Salesforce, Concur, NetSuite, SAP etc.
- Experience in using technology connectors like Database, HTTP, Mail, Disk, OData, SFTP, SOAP, Web Services etc.
- Good knowledge of Boomi best practices, error handling, logging and monitoring.
- Experience in developing processes as per requirement using different connectors, set properties, Decision shape, Branch, Try/catch shape, Data Process, Document cache, return document.
- Knowledge/ experience in boomi AXIS for SAP is preferred
- Good knowledge of Order to cash Master Data process
- Strong ability to interact with end users directly provide timely solutions to business requirements.
- Ability to do data analysis and data verification process is preferred
- Self-motivated and able to work on critical tasks independently and as a member of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill
- Able to work seamlessly with team across functions, regions and domains.
- Order to cash domain knowledge is strongly preferred.
- Bachelors degree or master s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
