Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager-Data Scientist, Cora Ops360 Insights & Analytics
Cora Ops360 is Genpact’s biggest ops transformation platform which drives radical transparency and insights to drive outcomes by enabling its users access data points in real-time, connecting them behind the scenes, and then adapting their operations at speed and with precision. Operating with collective intelligence from our huge client base, Cora Ops30 helps its users see their business from every angle to uncover opportunities for getting better. Cora ops30 is a multi-dimensional, multi-faceted transformation program that will unlock tremendous value by targeting 3 key business outcomes – (1) revenue acceleration (2) cost reduction and (3) insights to drive business outcomes.
Responsibilities
Act as a Consultant – Providing thought leadership and best practices related to Process automations, Predictive Analytics / Machine Learning Solutions to Cora Ops360 platform. Identify specific capability, practices, tools, and people that the Insights group would need to design and develop Cora Ops360 capabilities.
Lead Solutioning – Conceptualize and develop relevant Predictive analytics solutions for Cora Ops360. Envision opportunistic areas with target users by demonstrating relevant and credible Predictive Analytics solutions and paradigms. The role may entail carrying out high level assessment of Analytics readiness and creating the associated analytic benchmarking which may ultimately converge into a specific Predictive Analytics roadmap
Engage in Pre-Sales – Collaborate in response to RFI/RFPs when it comes to Cora Ops360 insights and predictive capabilities
The Cora Ops360 Insights & Analytics Data Architect is expected to be a statistical, technology specialist who can understand requirements from the business /functional perspective and bring analytics solutions to life. The right candidate should have prior experience in designing & maintaining data architectures. The key responsibilities are:
Design, create, deploy, and manage the Insights engine’s data architecture
Visualize & design the entire data management framework for the Insights engine
Define how the data will be stored, consumed, integrated, and managed by different data entities and IT systems, as well as any applications using or processing that data for the data sets in Insights & Analytics
Set up a logical data model such that business rules can be applied & applications can use the data in the right way
Know the data in and out – what are the data sources/ How are they established on a data lake/What should be the data structure/ How does different data combine in a data model etc.
Build ETL, data marts, data connections & warehouses
Understand and demonstrate best practices / the right tools in AI/ML.
Build ML/ AI solutions in Python and understand integration of the outcomes to dashboard
Conceive and portray the big data picture: Map the systems and interfaces used to manage data, set standards for data management, analyse current state, and conceive desired future state, and conceive projects needed to close the gap between current state and future goals.
Envision the future & build a flexible model that can accommodate any change
Work with the broad data architecture team of Cora Ops 360
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
Expertise in data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau etc.
Knowledge of building machine learning / Predictive Analytics / artificial intelligence / deep learning solutions in Python
Expertise in building pipelines, docker, operationalization of data science project
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in a cross functional environment
Enthusiastic about working with huge amount of data
Good positive attitude
A very good team player
Good Presentation Skills
Ability to own projects end to end independently
Has a ‘customer first’ mindset
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge on databases (SQL Server, MySQL, Mongo DB etc) is a plus
