Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee -Kore.AI Junior Developer
As a Jr Kore.AI Developer at Genpact, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining intelligent chatbots and virtual assistants powered by Kore.AI. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and implement conversational solutions that enhance user experience.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business objectives
- Design and develop intelligent chatbots and virtual assistants using Kore.AI platform
- Implement natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning algorithms to enhance conversational capabilities.
- Integrate chatbots with various enterprise systems and third-party APIs.
- Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of Kore.AI solutions.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create a seamless and intuitive user experience.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in conversational AI.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
- Bachelor or master degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
- Kore.AI certification is a plus
