We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Data/Sales Support Assistant. This role will help to support Operations (Customer Service/Accounting), Sales, and Contracting by assisting with the following responsibilities:
Managing Master Data files including gathering, organizing, and verifying data sets
- Data Creation, Updates, and Deletions
- Managing Users and User Roles
- Sales Data and Reporting
- End-User Support
- Response to Solicitations
- Basic Marketing Functions
Required Education and Skills:
Strong Critical Thinking Skills
Attention to Detail
Microsoft Office expert user with a verifiable high proficiency in excel
NetSuite Experience Preferred
2-5 Years Verifiable Experience
Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
Ability to think analytically and value accuracy
Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to work effectively with teams, and function independently
