Position Summary:

Leads the overall administration of the technical and analytical aspects of People Operations initiatives and programs that forward the mission of GWH. Specifically, responsible to formulate modeling and other optimizing methods to develop and interpret information that assists People Operations leadership with decision-making, processes formulation, or other managerial functions. Collects, ensure visibility and analyze data and develop decision support dashboards for Mission, Human Resources (HR), Risk Management, and Donated Goods Retail (DGR) programs, processes evaluations, reviews, or implementation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Data Administration:

  • Acts as the lead and point of contact for People Operations related data and comprehensive outcomes by reporting from HRIS, LMS, and Risk Management related technology.
  • Documents and tracks any data issues, coordinates efforts with Information Technology (IT), HR, People Operations, and DGR to resolve issues quickly, support root cause analysis for each issue, and escalate as necessary.
  • Monitors benchmarking and summarizes results for senior leadership. Including the preparation of recurring bi-weekly and monthly audit worksheets and summarizes results for assigned senior leadership.
  • Source, test, and report key people operational metrics for the organization’s business needs and mission outcomes including trending reports, KPI dashboards, and other ad hoc reporting.
  • Assesses data provided from HRMS, LMS, and Risk Management platform-related integrity and provides solutions to improve performance and efficiencies of reports and environment.
  • Processes information through compiling, categorizing, calculating, tabulating, auditing, and or verifying information.
  • Serves as liaison between DGR, IT, LP, and other support departments for the migration of People Operations needed data points.
  • Responsible for recurring reporting finding the best approach to interpret and visualize data within invested HRMS and Risk Management available platforms ensuring the ability to move forward with available dashboards and automated reports as applicable.
  • Perform validation and testing of models to ensure adequacy and reformulate models, as necessary.
  • Lead People Operations related metrics and data special projects as assigned.
  • Analyze data to identify or resolve People Operational problems. May also be asked to analyze People Operations project data to determine specifications or requirements along with debriefing related information.
  • Leads the identification of underlying principles, reasons, or facts of information by breaking down information or data into separate parts.

Customer Service and Compliance:

  • Directs a system of two-way communication and knowledge management to gain feedback and make improvement suggestions to documents.
  • Advises and documents with management on adherence to and discrepancies with People Operational systems and programs.
  • Collaborates and provides ongoing and consistent communication with others in the organization to ensure the successful implementation of chosen problem solutions.
  • Supports Quality Service delivery of People Operations analytical reporting and updates.
  • May assist with the preparation, maintenance, auditing, and updates of all dashboard style and recurring data reports related to standards and documentation.
  • Brings a winning attitude, energy, and customer focus to the team, as well as a passion for data and information quality. Motivates, influences, and demonstrates high-performing behavior.
  • Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and strengthen working relationships.

Team:

  • Partner with key business stakeholders to identify project or initiative-related requirements by analyzing processes, determining scope, interviewing appropriate individuals, documenting results, and alignment toward identified KPIs.
  • Supports IT management to coordinate technical People Operations implementations and related deployment of applicable technical software-related items to the team.
  • Communicates with Learning & Development and other internal teams and Team Members to assist in training (Excel, dashboard, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Demonstrates GWH Code of Ethics in all actions, and ensures adherence to CARF, State, and Federally regulated standards.
  • Attends in-service and related training as assigned by Leadership.
  • Responds to ad-hoc and custom requests for support and analysis on new metrics, projects, and initiatives.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Must be able to synthesize and use data to drive business plans aligning to tactical goals and effectively communicate key points to leadership.
  • Ability to use computers and computer systems (including hardware and software) to program, write formulas, set up functions, enter data, or process information.
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective consulting and working relationships.
  • Ability to identify and secure internal and external resources and access to accomplish desired outcomes.
  • Ability to motivate others to act, delegate job duties and hold teams accountable.
  • Experience with document/version control management systems (SharePoint, Shared Drives, and Traction platform) and other Office 365 products.
  • Resourceful and detail-oriented. Must be able to set goals, prioritize, and manage multiple assignments with strict deadlines.
  • Enthusiasm for the organization’s mission.
  • Travel to multiple sites and locations as needed.
  • Knowledge of and ability to interpret related federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations.
  • Ability to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive communications.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Master’s degree and appropriate certifications preferred.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of business experience preferable in business management, operations, or quality assurance and analysis preferred.
  • Ability to communicate, read and write in English.
  • Ability to receive critical feedback and deal calmly and effectively with high-stress situations.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Must maintain an appropriate appearance and adhere to GWH’s dress code.
  • Free from drugs and alcohol.
