Minimum qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in data analysis, modeling, SQL, and presentation development.
- Experience managing data and reporting in spreadsheets, and data visualization in presentations.
- Experience working cross-functionally and supporting internal stakeholders
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with global delivery.
- Experience executing large transformation initiatives.
- Experience delivering results through cross-functional interaction with sales, marketing, finance, product development, and other functions.
- Ability to deliver business transformation programs in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, and keen ability to influence cross-functionally.

As a Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in enabling the execution of the cloud Vendor Management Office (VMO) strategy. You will support the strategy enablement functional leads in demand planning, budget analysis, location and vendor evaluations, selections, and conducting market research to deliver critical insights and intel to VMO and business teams.
You will work with functional teams across support, sales, learning services, and engineering to map current state, assess future demand, develop budget forecasts and analysis to help the VMO plan effective vendor engagement, fulfillment of business requirements.

Responsibilities
- Analyze and rank vendor performance evaluation, benchmark, and rank vendor performance reliably, and manage onboarding of vendor resources.
- Conduct operational and financial analysis (i.e. on spend analytics, budget to plan tracking, and Global Ads Partnerships (GAP) analysis).
- Conduct primary and secondary external market research around vendor capabilities, location strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOTโs), and cost benchmarks.
- Engage with business teams to map temp to vendor transition opportunities to minimize co-employment risks.
- Map vendor footprint and identifying vendor consolidation opportunities, and audit compliance to invoicing, PO, and contractual terms.
