We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Business Analyst
In this role, you will:
Technology will be working on strategic transformation projects and will have understanding of all phases of project life cycle, with daily tasks and responsibilities of business analysis and stakeholder management. It provides an opportunity to work in large scale front-to-back programs with exposure to multiple products and business lines.
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Work closely with Trading, Risk, Finance, Quants and other IT stakeholders to provide a high level of control towards GDM IT FRTB agenda globally. Take ownership of all deliverables and maintain a strong working relationship with the business throughout.
- Good grasp of fixed Income products including Bonds, Swaps, CDS, Money Markets, and Structured products. A practical understanding of Basel III and FRTB regulations is desirable, but not essential.
- Provide subject matter expertise during development and implementation phases, including formulation and definition of scope, objectives and system enhancements for complex, high-impact projects.
- Accomplish project objectives using agile delivery methods, ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget. Strong focus on driving process efficiencies through automation, process improvement and system enhancements.
- Hands-on analytical, ability to deal with ambiguity, and a willingness to work with changing priorities under pressure and tight deadlines is essential.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with an ability to identify problems, design and articulate solutions, and implement change.
