Hasbro is seeking a Consumer Care Reporting Analyst who is highly detailed, dedicated and motivated to join the Global Consumer Care team! Are you looking for a role in a fast-paced organization that will provide reporting data to a global organization while also supporting critical internal systems? If so, come join the team! We are a growing team looking to establish company wide data reporting related to the consumer experience with our products.

A day in the life of a Consumer Care Reporting Analyst:

• You will support the day-to-day operation of internal systems for the Global Consumer Care team.

• We will work with partners across the company to integrate data on the consumer experience with our products and provide regular reporting.

• You will work with internal partners and vendors to create standardized key performance indicator (KPI) reports for the department.

• You will manager various projects related to report creation as well as the operation of internal systems.

• You will partner with the Consumer Care Training team to create and maintain process documentation related to the operation of internal systems.

What you’ll bring:

• Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint).

• Knowledge of enterprise level reporting applications (Power BI, Tableau), workforce management applications and CRM systems such as Oracle and Salesforce.

• You are a motivated, consumer/team with team-first disposition and ability to communicate clearly to all levels of staff and management.

• High attention to detail.

• Ability to quick diagnose system issues on various applications and recommend solutions in real time.

• Excellent ability to disseminate complex information into usable policies and procedures.

• Strong organization skills, who can lead all aspects of multiple projects and schedules.
