Job Location: Bangalore/Bengaluru
Roles and Responsibilities
- Experience in managing project requirements from multiple teams and converting them into
analytics requirements for the team, setting expectations with respect to analytics outcomes with business teams - Combing through large volumes of data to synthesize actionable insights for business and product teams to create change/add value to our customers
- Develop relavant KPIs for different business verticals, track the trends and deduce insights to help different product and service teams.
- Creating and automating dashboards & reports for consumption by cross functional stakeholders
- Managing and aligning stakeholders about delivery of the reports/dashboards
- Working closely with tech teams on defining the data requirements and contribute in designing
backend tables for different business verticals.
Requirements
• At least 4 Years overall experience, Saas, Internet, e-commerce, new age banking/finance industries
• At least 2 years of experience of setting up of business reporting on sales acquisition, customer active use,product adoption etc.
• Hands-on expertise in managing data and setting the foundations of analytics infrastructure
