Reporting to the Director of Business Operations, you will be responsible for providing key business insights and reporting to our sales and marketing leadership driving critical business decision making, and helping us share our vision with everyone that values an incredible vacation experience.
The business analyst will partner with our forecasting and corporate teams, drive operational excellence and efficiencies, and generally be relied on to help us achieve our regional objectives and targets.

- Commitment to ongoing learning and exploration, be curious and help us be better
- Working across multiple teams, business partners, and nationalities (focused on domestic US, Japan, and Korea)
- Analyze, organize, and create insights based on multiple data sources, allowing leadership teams to drive operational, organizational, and financial strategies for implementation
- Create financial statements, forecasts, and other repots for all sites in the region. Such report should include, but not limited to, KPIโs, budgets, monthly P&L, headcount, exceptions, and inventory availability report
- Analyzes opportunities and risks impacting Sales and Marketing growth, margins, and costs
- Become key participant in various meetings with leadership and internal teams providing feedback, input and insights where appropriate, and organizing notes and action items where necessary
- Create ad-hoc reports typically using Excel, COGNOS, and/or Hyperion as directed by the leadership to aid decision-making and monitor various aspects of the business

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- BA/BS/Bachelor’s Degree
- Able to work flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Minimum 2 years of Accounting or Finance Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Work, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Able to travel up to 50 % of the time
- Strong analytical skills
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- 3 + years of Accounting or Finance Experience in Vacation Ownership
- Japanese Language Skills
- Experience with VOICE, Oracle, Hyperion, and/or COGNOS
