Responsibilities
As an Operations Analyst with Hines, you will provide and perform research and analytical support, evaluate program and project progress, identify problems, develop and implement company procedures, write technical reports, create and manage data structures within multiple systems, and develop executive level artifacts. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Support overall quality and performance management program in a way that quantifiably elevates the performance and effectiveness of IFM service delivery across the portfolio resulting in value creation for our client.
- You will have the freedom to generate ideas, develop them, and transform them into routine program operations. You will also partner with our Platform Operations Excellence Lead and our Quality and Performance Lead to evolve our strategy and service offerings for the Client.
- The ideal candidate is a builder of great products who thrives on making major business impact at an incredible pace. The ideal candidates should be customer-focused and team oriented with a heightened sense of business acumen and the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Client Expectations: Non-Disclosure Agreement confirming understanding of highest level of confidentiality required to work on behalf of Client. The backbone of our success will be Hines’ ability to provide Client with professional Hines employees that take ownership and are inspired by this dynamic environment.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements include:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, planning, finance, information technology field from an accredited institution required

Experience in using metrics to measure program success including setting up or refining operational metrics, participation in metric-based reviews and making decisions based on metrics

Familiarity with data mining, ETL, and knowledge of data warehousing concepts
