Job Detail:
The Junior Business Analyst will support operations servicing health plans across the country to drive clinical, financial, and operational results through virtual wellness visits, in-home health risk assessments, retrospective chart review, workflow technology solutions, and member or patient engagement service offerings.
What You’ll Get to Do:
- Work across leadership and technical teams to own, develop, and maintain the technical roadmap
- Gather business requirements and effectively translate them into technical instructions for the Technology team
- Abide with HIPAA regulations pertaining to safeguarding and protecting patient’s right to privacy in handling all medical chart records.
- Use Jira to manage all enhancement requests or defect fixes that will be assigned to the Technology team.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with key clients and internal Technology partners.
- Communicate the status of enhancement requests and/or defect fixes with internal and external (client) stakeholders.
- Work with the Technology team to establish and manage each deployment (Sprint).
- Perform Unit and Integrated Testing for each enhancement or defect fix.
- Create clear, repeatable Regression Test scripts.
- Perform Regressing Testing prior to each deployment.
- Demonstrate product and service offerings for customers and end users.
- Assist in setup and maintenance of new application users.
