The Finance & Admin Business Analyst is essential to the ongoing profitable operations for one of the most globally recognized and respected companies in the world. Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Business/Operations Analyst, you are responsible to execute marketing enablement or biopharma compliance activities by adhering to the well-defined standard processes within the agreed SLAs. You will be providing operations support to for marketing enablement and biopharma quality leads with efficiency. You are also expected to work on process optimization and automation to derive better results.
Responsibilities:
- Work as a team member of an extended team of the client (Biopharma quality and Marketing enablement teams)
- Managing & executing the standard client processes within stipulated agreed SLA
- Responsible for data extraction, transformation and consolidating as per client s requirement.
- Work on process improvement & optimization initiatives
- Usage of Excel for frequently importing, cleaning, transforming, validating data with the purpose of understanding, or making conclusions from the data for decision making purposes.
- Reporting of data in the desired format and representation as requested by the client.
- Ensure quality on team deliverables for accuracy and timelines.
- Review existing tools and provide recommendations for improving performance of migration process
- Lead documentation on processes and compliance requirement
- Develop templates to attain the compliance requirement in the processes
- Perform data validation to ensure audience accuracy
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Minimum 3-4 years of overall experience & 1-2 years of client management preferred with a degree in BCom /BSc / BTech/MBA
- Demonstrated ability to understand business requirements of the project (including assessment of the customer data required and capture of the business issues), translating business requirements to analytical requirements and analytical results back to business results – to ensure robust and business results-driven reports.
- Ability to Collaborate with client team to deliver business result.
- Ability to quickly adopt ever changing systems/tools and processes.
- Experience in managing stringent SLAs (both Quality & Quantitative)
- Excellent client communication skills
- Design and execute completed Quality tactics
- Knowledge of Pharmaceutical industry will be a plus point
- Hands on experience in MS Excel reporting
- Experience in compliance reporting
- Knowledge of macros in excel is a plus
- Knowledge of other MS Office tools

- Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications.
