Role Responsibilities

Purpose

Specify data, insights, data capabilities, and modelling approaches for HR Processes to influence business outcomes, customer outcomes, and colleague outcomes.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Designing, developing and maintaining business intelligence solutions. Crafting and executing queries upon request for data. Presenting information through reports and visualization.
  • Provide technical feasibility and input and Identifies challenges to build and propose solutions.
  • Experienced in writing and testing requirements.
  • Work with the BAs to build reports / dashboards in Tableau / Power BI / microstrategy and do the initial testing of the MVP.
  • Provide a technical sign off.
Our Ideal Candidate
  • Mandatory 8 – 10 years of experience as a BI Developer using analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Microstrategy.
  • Experience with BI tools.
  • DB / DBA background ยท Data analysis background ยท Business analysis skills.
  • Debugging / troubleshooting.
  • Experience in data warehouse design.
  • Strong in stakeholder management and communications with various teams such as BAโ€s and other project team members.
  • Understanding of Analytics service models and technology platforms
  • Advanced MS Office Suite Skills including SharePoint
  • Agile methodology and practice
  • Jira, Confluence, Trello
Preferred Certifications
  • Advanced Business Analytics Specialization.
  • IBM Certified Designer – IBM Cognos Analytics Author V11.
  • Graduate Certificate in Intelligence Analysis.
