• Responsible for working administration of Qualtrics/ iSprint/ Ad-Hoc systems (develop intelligent questionnaires, mapping, data maintenance, system amends, generation of reports and management of users).
• Have an excellent command of MS Excel for data analysis and data reporting.
• Provide ongoing support to FMs during Feasibility process on all aspects of ISPRINT, Qualtrics and related systems.
• Should be able to execute/ help develop questionnaires in Qualtrics and mapping to ISPRINT, as well as analysis and reporting of questionnaire data.
• Responsible for data entry of iSPRINT system and generation of reports.
• Extend administrative assistance on all data entry and tracking tasks or as designated on Ad-Hoc deliverables.
• Act as business lead to identify areas of improvement in their role and be Innovative and Creative in developing processes, training resources and implementing improvements.
• Demonstrate excellent work management and interpersonal skills to voyage work journey through a multitude of crowd.
• Ensure selfs adherence to high levels of quality, compliance and processes.
• Extend guidance (or act as leads) to new team members and be responsible for all the tasks conducted within the team, ensuring efficient and quality performance.

• Ensure that all objectives, metrics, quality, timelines are adhered to relating to Feasibility process, communication and system accuracy.
• Manage Feasibility Surveys and questionnaire responses in Qualtrics based on Questionnaire provided by FMs.
• Set up Mapping of Questionnaires to ISPRINT.
• Analysis of Questionnaire responses via set up of Qualtrics dashboards
• Update of the iSPRINT database. This will include, but not be limited to:
  • ISPRINT Survey set up
  • Loading of investigators to surveys
  • Generation of Communication Templates
  • Generation of Reports
  • Survey member status update and tracking of relevant dates
• Act as SMEs for ISPRINT Qualtrics
• Update Box folder with relevant files/ reports
• Volunteer and share workload to promote a work equity culture in team.
• Ensure that all internal and external customers receive the appropriate level of service and response from the FSA team. Ensuring that all activities and plans are delivered on time, to high quality and are compliant with the customers needs.
• Actively participate in data analysis projects and initiatives as assigned, being able to make sound decisions based on available information in order to contribute to the success of the group and ICON.
• Be able to network and collaborate with other professionals, attending and presenting at meetings both internally and externally.
• To undertake other reasonably related duties as may be assigned from time to time.
