3A_Data Analyst
Role Description: Data Analyst
Ideal candidate should be self-motivated data analyst with exposure in Data Analysis & building MIS Reports/Dashboards. As a data analyst, candidate is expected to possess strong problem solving logical and analytical skills. They must be at ease working in an agile environment with little supervision. The person should be a self-motivated person with a passion for problem solving and continuous learning. Person should be open to learn new tools & quickly acquire domain knowledge.
Role and responsibilities
- Understanding the business requirements.
- Preparing MIS reports for Talent acquisition leadership team.
- Understand data & perform deep dive, derive actionable insights.
- Learn new age reporting tools required for process automation such as Power BI, Tableau.
- Effectively communicating with team members, project managers and clients, as required.
- Work with leadership team in defining key KPIS & Metrics.
- Building Python codes for Automation.
- Quickly learn Pre Clinical domain knowledge.
Technical skills requirements
The candidate must demonstrate proficiency in,
- Expertise in Data Understanding , Analysis & deep diving to derive actionable insights.
- Hands-on professional in developing MIS solutions for Leadership management.
- Should possess strong knowledge on Excel, Macros, VBA.
- Candidate must have strong problem solving logical and analytical skills.
- Candidate must have strong verbal as well as written communication skills.
- Candidate must have strong stakeholder management skills.
Nice-to-have skills
- Exposure in writing simple to complex SQL
- Exposure to Tableau reports would be added advantage
Required Qualifications
- Masters/MBA in IT or related fields + B.E./B.Tech from top-tier universities
- 0-2 years of development experience Data Analysis experience
- Demonstrated ability to work well in an agile team environment
- A proven high-performer and team-player, with the ability to take the lead on projects
