JOB DESCRIPTION
A client in the Louisville, KY area is looking for an IT Business Analyst to join the team for a contracting opportunity. This person’s main initiative is to meet with global stakeholders to review and understand how they utilize the SaaS tools in order to uncover any unforeseen technical issues when it comes to combining the global SaaS applications. This is a true discovery project to understand the current state of the SaaS tools in order to uncover any issues that may occur when forecasted projects are approved, with the goal of understanding how to combine multiple instances into a single, global instance.
- Work effectively with technical and non-technical audiences. Document end user requirements and any customization of SaaS Applications.
- Create Visio/process flow documentation related to Yum global environment of SaaS products.
- Collaborate on SaaS product architecture and implementation best practices.
- Interact with international clients – Must be able to work within a given international market time zones.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
5-10 years of Technical IT Business analysis experience .
Strong technical experience related to SaaS product implementations. Effective communications and facilitation ability between technical and non-technical audiences.
Good planning and follow up skills to meet deadlines.
