JOB DESCRIPTION
A client in the greater Nashville, TN area is looking for a 100% remote Tableau Data Analyst to join their team. This person will be helping with an HCM (Human Capital Management) implementation to UltiPro. As a Data Analyst you will be responsible for analyzing structured and unstructured data within the organization, play a key role in understanding the various pillars of data doing in-depth analysis to understand and resolve issues with existing dashboards as well as create new solutions. In this role, you will work closely with our BI teams synthesizing enterprise data and ensuring the solutions solve business challenges and enable trust with the highest quality. After the HCM implementation, they will be working on a large ERP (Enterprise resource planning) and EPM (Enterprise performance management) implementations.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Relevant Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional work experience.
5 plus years of related experience including:
Extensive experience with Tableau / Tableau analysis
Strong knowledge and understanding of enterprise data warehouses
Strong knowledge of data models (normalized, dimensional)
Strong knowledge of SQL
BI visualization tools to build dashboards
DESIRED SKILLS
