Job Location: Noida

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques
  • Build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards that support business
  • Proactively monitor the business and report key insights on the business
  • Anticipate future demands of initiatives related to people, technology and design/implement solutions to meet these needs
  • Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in data which will help management to take decisions
  • Produce and deliver standard (monthly, quarterly, and annual) and customized HR reports
  • Conducting periodic evaluations and industry benchmarking to assess the effectiveness and quality of management analysis and reporting

Role Specifications and attributes required

  • Working knowledge of data mining principles: predictive analytics, mapping, collecting data from multiple data systems on premises and cloud-based data sources.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, draw conclusions and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc)
  • Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration skills
  • Advanced Excel skills, and very good knowledge of Power BI, Python, Tableau, Machine learning, MS SQL and/or Access knowledge preferred
  • Must be business-centric, data-oriented, analytically minded and results driven
  • Demonstrates curiosity about what drives business trends and customer behavior
  • Aptitude for numbers and a curiosity about information and data
  • Ability to present data in a clean, concise visual and written manner
  • Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Knowledge of HRMS, SuccessFactors will be an added advantage
