The Regulatory Operations Reporting and Analytics Business Analyst is responsible for providing business intelligence
through data analysis and optimizing processes through automation. This successful candidate in this role will have the
opportunity to learn and work with several different organizations within Regulatory Operations.

As Reporting and Analytics Business Analyst, you will (at a minimum):

Partner with subject matter experts and management to deliver solutions from idea conception through implementation. Conduct ad-hoc data analysis focused on uncovering new business intelligence for our stakeholders that will optimize their day to day operations. Use data to tell compelling stories that will resonate with stakeholders and help them to understand where opportunities exist. Collaborate with team members and foster a strong team atmosphere. Continually explore better tools to do your job and strengthen your skills.

Qualifications:

• MS degree and 3 years of other quantitative experience preferred
• Otherwise, BS degree and minimum 5 years of other quantitative experience required
• Background in statistics, analytics, or other quantitative field required
• Hands on experience (3 – 5 yrs.) with tools such as Alteryx, Python, SAS, SQL/PLSQL ,Tableau
• Experience automating highly manual processes
• Ability to synthesize large amount of data into actionable insights and effectively communicate to all levels of management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong written and oral communication skills
