The CCB Data & Analytics Team unifies data and analytics talent across Chase to responsibly leverage data to build competitive advantages for our businesses with value and protection for customers. The team encompasses a variety of Data & Analytics disciplines, from data governance and data strategy/partnerships to reporting, data science and machine learning, and are actively engaged in ensuring impact at the front-line and the customer through Digital and Marketing transformation. Business Banking Data & Analytics team within CCB Data & Analytics organization is responsible for measuring the effectiveness and driving Chase-for-Business growth strategies across Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Experience. We are seeking a VP, Quant Analytics who will be responsible for supporting the Small Business Customer Experience and Process improvement initiatives with monitoring, impact assessments, and other ad-hoc analysis. This position will work directly with our LOB partners on the design, development, implementation and tracking of their strategic initiatives from a data & analytics perspective. The successful candidate will be analytically/technically strong, will have great communications skills, and a collaborative and resourceful style. This is an individual contributor role with an opportunity to grow into a manager role.

Responsibilities

Drive partnership with one or more Stakeholders with strong understanding of business drivers and underlying data

Collaborate with business owners to formulate quantifiable goals; advise on strategies and experimentation to achieve business goals

Lead execution of KPIs, trend analysis, dashboards and analyses including segmentations, optimizations and other techniques to improve business function performance

Collaborate across functions and LOB’s to drive Analytics and Insights, and Execution

Improve and/or assess processes and controls in support of business results

Partner with the modeling, survey, and other center of excellence teams as needed

Build strong relationships with our clients.


Required Skills

4+ years of related Analytics experience

Masters or PhD in a related field, or Bachelors with 5+ years’ experience in a related discipline

Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills, ability to convey complicated mathematical concepts, algorithms and data structures simply with an ability to influence both internal & external business partners

Hands-on experience in delivering analytics and insights to multiple levels of management

Tangible experience with business strategy and tactical implementation

Experience in relational databases including proficiency in SQL

Proficiency in data analysis language(s) such as Python, SAS, R, etc.

Experience with dynamic and interactive reporting applications (i.e. Tableau)

Experience with Digital and Customer Journey analytics tools like Adobe Analytics, BryterCX is a plus
