Keysight Demand Center (KDC) is a team within the Keysight Global Marketing department. This exciting role within the KDC manages the orchestration and activation of the plans aligned to marketing campaigns. The KDC is responsible for ensuring that projects are deployed by launch dates and are presented in a compelling, consistent, and recognizable way to our customers and markets, and to drive the success of campaigns. We utilize a range of tools and touchpoints, such as marketing automation, web, social, digital events, contests, and any other digital channel. We work globally and ensure our content and processes apply to all major regions such as the Americas, Greater China, Asia Pacific, and EMEAI.

The Digital Event Specialist will support event marketing functions as part of this global demand center. The Specialist will work with a worldwide team that manages the webinars/ virtual events calendar and deliver a best-in-class event experience to our customers. The webinar program running across the globe will focus on deliverability to all regions, taking into account translation and methods to best suit local audiences.

The Digital Event Specialist is responsible for, and is measured on Webinar & Virtual Events projects:

• Consult and collaborate with the marketing campaign teams for marketing plan alignment and deployment. Participate in brainstorming sessions with focus on improving the customer experience and marketing outcomes.
• Oversee each webinar from ideation to execution and measurement
• Deliver webinar intro and manage webinar interactivity: chat capabilities, polling, online Q&A, and surveys
• Manage the webinar calendar and ensure launch dates are met
• Ensure editorial and brand quality of content and enforce the style guide in promotions
• Maintain/augment the events web pages to keep them up to date
• Work closely with Email Marketing team to monitor email campaign & webinar performance and identify opportunities to make campaigns more effective
• Process Development – Responsible for working cross-functionally to develop and implement streamlined best practices for webinar planning & execution
• Performance & Optimization – Provide feedback on the performance of the webinar channel to inform better content, promotion, follow-up, and operational efficiencies. Deliver conversion, consumption, name capture, and lead generation, above industry benchmarks and according to the growth objectives for each webinar
• Analytics – Create thoughtful, measurable ROI metrics, data insight, and course adjustments

Job Qualifications

• Bachelors or University Degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in high tech marketing webinars
• Advanced skills with webinar platforms (Big Marker, On24, etc.)
• Working knowledge of emails marketing tools (Eloqua preferred), workflow tools, and data analytics tools (Tableau, DOMO, etc.).
• Demonstrated track record in creating consolidated and insightful metrics and dashboards on content consumption, awareness, and lead generation metric, including ongoing improvement plans
• Experience in content development, buyers journey, demand generation strategy & execution
• Outstanding communication and project management skills

Colorado Pay Range: $74,670.00 – $99,550.00

Based on experience, education and skills, most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed above.
