RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking an IT Business Applications/Analytics Manager – B2B/B2C in Miami, FL.
Summary:
The IT Business Applications Analytics Manager will be supporting Brazil/Mexico as main markets and that will report directly to the Director of IT, of the Americas in New York. This role will supervise and coordinate the digital process transformation and advanced analytics /reporting through analysis, evaluation, customization, testing and implementation/support for all B2B/B2C divisions (JWA Commercial, Finance, HR, B2B/B2C CS, Supply Chain, Marketing). They will lead all aspects of the analysis of user requirements/needs, be the main liaison for change/improvements/support and troubleshooting. The IT Business Applications Analytics Manager will make recommendations to the best solution maintaining the right balance between core and custom functions and between centralized and decentralized synergies/solutions/development.
Responsibilities:
- Solicit business experts to capture information and translate business information into BRD document/functional requirements
- Manage, coordinate user acceptance testing/roll out and training in order to facilitate product adoption
- Provide weekly status reports including any relevant information to key stakeholders
- Prepare various project’s documentation including reports, process and user manuals, presentations, strategic and technical plans and other related information on assigned application analyses
- Monitor and communicate on project results
- Investigate before reporting system issues to core application central support competence center teams
- Lead problem solving/resolution through ticketing system
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/Business or related field required
- Agile methodology knowledge/practice or certification is a plus
- 5 years of experience working with diverse projects/processes with particular experience in implementing/customizing/supporting ERP solutions and integrations with other systems
- Work experience in mid-sized multinational company, luxury business or consulting
- Functional ERP Application experience (Logistics, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Retail and Finance functions/processes) in particular Linx (Brazil primary) and SAP(Mexico)
- MS Power Platform experience (Power Apps/Automate)
- Analytics/Reporting experience (MS Power BI)
- Adheres to company policy and confidentiality

- Languages Requirements: Spoken/Proficient: English, Portuguese, Spanish
