RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client is seeking to hire a Senior Financial Analyst in the Northwest Phoenix, Arizona (AZ) area for an Engineering Technology Company, within its Sales Division.
Summary:
We are working directly with the Hiring Manager on this exclusive search assignment. The company offers a competitive compensation package including base salary, aggressive annual bonus, generous PTO, 401K matching, etc. The Senior Financial Analyst works with Sales, Marketing, and Cross Functional employees to develop, execute, and track Sales and Marketing’s performance to the Company strategy.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate budgeting and expense approval and track to ensure in line with plan
- Complete annual sales plan, monthly order forecast, and weekly updates
- Senior Sales Financial Analyst will maintain and execute Sales Incentive Program (SIP) quarterly
- Manage all pricing and exception process to implement price increases, analyze margin impact, and communicate
- Conduct analysis to gain deeper insights into business trends and opportunities to accelerate revenue growth
- Senior Sales Financial Analyst will track and report organizational efficiency, quarterly
- Contribute to developing and executing the Sales and Marketing Strategy
- Manage Customer Insights personnel to support collection of Point of Sales (POS) data, recommended distributor orders, and Company Trusted Partner (KTP) performance report cards
- Senior Sales Financial Analyst will interface with Finance, Logistics, and Operations on behalf of Sales to support S&OP process
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, and/or Business Administration
- At least 5+ years of experience as a Senior Analyst for a Sales group within an engineering technology company
- 3-5+ years as a financial planner or financial analyst in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office tools in addition to Tableau and bolt on systems to analyze mass data
- Must be an effective communicator both written and oral, effectively collaborate with all members of the organization (sales, communication, finance, executives)
- Have a working knowledge of finance, sales incentive programs, forecasting, and budgeting
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building character when working with co-workers and cross functional employees
- Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail
- Consistent written and oral communication with all levels of the organization
- Ability to manage deadlines, set credible expectations and work independently with minimal guidance
- Ability to analyze consumer data and apply results to benefit improved performance
- Organize and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and strive to meet all required deadlines
- Understand the key principals of the business, sales, and marketing objectives
