If you answered “YES!” to these questions we would like to talk to you about a Business Systems Analyst role on the Digital Workforce Team.
The KGS Digital Workforce team provides technology, services, and expertise that enables employees across Koch Industries with end to end automation solutions. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for working closely with business process SMEs and partnering with the extended scrum team to deliver high value outcomes to our customers.
This role is eligible to work a hybrid work schedule out of Wichita, KS; Chicago, IL; Green Bay, Wisconsin or Dallas, Texas
What You Will Do In Your Role
- Conduct analysis to determine best path for solving business problems/opportunities
- Understand and document complex business processes and translate into technical requirements
- Assist in the design and testing of data products to ensure they meet business requirements
- Construct flow and decision diagrams to document business processes
- Perform basic data analysis to validate and clarify data needs and requirements
- Facilitate communication when requirements need further clarification or adjustments due to technical constraints
The Experience You Will Bring
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience as a BSA
- Aptitude to understand business processes across multiple disciplines
- Ability to identify process improvement opportunities in a process’ current state and map the improved future state
- Experience building process flow and decision diagrams to document business processes
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Ability to build strong genuine relationships
- Experience communicating and partnering within cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently and in ambiguity.
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience with Business Process Automation tools (RPA, OCR, LCNC, etc…)
- Experience Automating Enterprise Business Processes (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, etc…)
- Experience implementing projects using Agile Methodologies
- Experience driving product vision and strategies
