Job Role:

Our Leadership is looking for disruptors, trailblazers and innovators who can develop ‘industry first’ solutions to customer needs and achieve what no one thought was possible.
- Manage end to end product lifecycle for focus products
- Drive Key Performance Indicators for the product.
- Drive Channel Engagement
- Drive engagement with acquisition team
- Focus on building new partnerships, engagements & digital journeys with Digital Team.
- Drive launch of new product propositions and offers
- Work closely with Policy, Risk & Analytics team to explore new segments
- Gather understanding on the customer experience, identify gaps, work on new ideas to grow market penetration, and drive overall business goals
- Track competition offerings, analyse the market share and industry trends
- Work towards process improvement by engaging with relevant stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
- M3/M4 level applicant preferably with relevant experience in product role
- Knowledge of Secured products is a basic criteria.
- Self-driven individual with good communication and interpersonal capabilities
- Young, energetic and having good knowledge of marketing concepts
- Preferably an MBA from reputed institute with relevant 3-7 years of experience
- Excellent conceptual and analytical capabilities
- Ability to manage dependencies by influencing, collaborating, partnering and challenging as appropriate.
- Excellent project management skills , and the ability to multi-task
- Demonstrated excellent work ethic – be it effort, quality orientation or ownership.
