II.STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
We are looking for a passionate certified Data Analyst. The successful candidate will turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions. In collaboration with the department and company business units, mine order and sales data, identify and present trends and metrics that will help improve the customer and employee experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
V. Supervision Required
Successful candidate will require minimal supervision. Should be capable of taking requirements from their department lead and the business, and provide the process tasks to meet the requirement effectively and efficiently.
Vi . Education Required
A minimum undergraduate degree in one of the following; mathematics, finance, statistics, economics, or computer science.
Vii . Training And Specialized Knowledge Required
- Coding skills in languages such as SQL query agent,
- Knowledge of SSRS, SSAS, SSIS, and Microsoft Dynamics 2012/365 are preferred but not required.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with statistical software (e.g., Stata, SPSS)
- Knowledge of data gathering, cleaning and transforming techniques
- Reporting and data visualization skills using Power BI or preferred software
- Understanding of data warehousing and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) techniques
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to set and meet deadlines
- Ability to work in high-pressure situations
- Experience with statistical software
- Technical writing skills
- Ability to QA and troubleshoot data
Viii.experience Required
Prior experience within the distribution or manufacturing industries is preferred but not required.

X. Specific Duties And Responsibilities.
- Work with department lead, executives and other business leaders to develop reports that help identify opportunities for improvement to the internal or external customer experience
- Use multiple tools to create reports for internal teams and/or external customers
- Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data to make sound business decisions
- Use graphs, infographics and other methods to visualize data
- Help establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisions and the corresponding reports to manage those expectations
- Structure large data sets to find usable information
- Work with a team of other associates to process information
- Create presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings
