Summary of Position
Project Leader, Data and Analytics supports various business units across the company and builds upon the new and existing analytical and data solutions. Project Leader of Data and Analytics must have a strong communication, project planning and analytical skills as well as being business savvy.
Responsibilities
- Works with the Lionsgate user community, IT Functional team and BI team to define business concerns and solutions
- Lead enhancement requirements gathering and implementation of Custom Reporting Application SNAP! (Sales aNd Avails Platform) for Worldwide Sales
- Translates business requirements into analytical and technical requirements
- Designs, documents, tests and implements BI solutions based on user requirements and technical designs
- Functions as the Subject Matter Expert on enterprise data and reporting solutions
- Provides user training
- Ensure data quality across analytical applications
- Provide production support for BI environments
Qualifications and Skills
- Must have experience in designing, implementing, and managing data solutions for large scale applications
- Must have a proficient understanding of SQL; have knowledge of database systems and supporting services, data access, ETL processes, and data modeling
- Must have a proficient understanding of intellectual property (IP) rights and sales management
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills
- Reporting Solutions using Tableau, Power BI, or SAP BW and SAP Business Objects
- 5+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing data solutions
Nice to Haves
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited institution in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, Statistics or Engineering
- Entertainment industry experience is a plus
- Functional knowledge of SAP Modules
