Lockheed Martin Aeronautics in Fort Worth, Texas is seeking a full-time Early Career Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Engineer. In this role, you will focus on the of products that implement to provide discriminating Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies/capability to our customers. This will require engagement in every phase of the system lifecycle including requirements generation, system and design, implementation, integration, and flight test. Activities will range from proof of concepts, of prototypes, building demonstrators, and transition to production. The candidate will help to shape R&D opportunities (CRAD, CRADA, internal/external collaborations) with a focus on customer science and technology organizations, such as DARPA, AFRL or ONR. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of systems and design, artificial intelligence, and software development. Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Physics, or other Science related discipline with course work in AI/ML
• Experience developing software using Python and C++
• Experience with AI, ML, and/or RL learning technologies
• Up to 10% travel required, primarily domestic
• Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Desired Skills:

• Secret Security Clearance
• MS in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or Engineering with a focus / thesis in AI/ML
• Experience developing models using supervised, unsupervised, or reinforcement learning techniques
• Experience with probability and statistics
• Experience with integration of software (or models) onto embedded single board computers
• Experience with analytics
• Familiarity with any of these
• Computer Vision
