Currently, we are seeking an Intermediate Data Analyst to support Missile Defense Agency at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL.The Intermediate Data Analyst will collect, analyze, audit, research, and report information related to MDA’s Manpower and Human Capital.Intermediate Data Analyst Requirements:Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information from multiple sources with a high level of attention to detail and accuracyAbility to perform independent analytical research to identify and resolve data integrity issues, and support systems impacting MDA’s manpower tracking systemsProduce daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Microsoft Excel formulas and pivot-table functionality and Microsoft Access queries with a superior level of data quality, integrity, and accuracyComprehends the use of metrics, trends, and work monitoring to ensure completion of timely/quality workUnderstanding of data models, data mining processes, and designing and querying relational database structuresDocument and communicate analysis insights to executive-level managementIdentify trends and areas for improvementProvide helpdesk support and system trainingMeasure, track, and report results of current initiativesExperience in Qlik, SQL, and PowerBi preferredCollect, interpret, and present human capital data, including human capital strategy and workforce planning, operations research analysis, and HR systems, data, and information analysisIntermediate Data Analyst Qualifications:BA/BS in a related field with 3 years of relevant experience. Seven years of relevant experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.The qualified candidate must have the ability to obtain a DoD Secret ClearanceMDA experience is preferred but not requiredProficient in standards, principles, practices, and processes related to Federal Human ResourcesPossess knowledge and experience handling large amounts of data using Microsoft Excel. Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skillsProven working experience using Microsoft Office, with a deep knowledge of Excel, Access, SQL, QLIK, and/or PowerBiLSINC is an equal employment opportunity employer.
