Job Detail:
Our client is currently recruiting a Product Analyst – Virtual to support the Consumer Health Business. This is a contract to hire role. By leveraging the power of digital technologies and data, they aim to improve the lives of their patients, consumers, and employees and uniquely serve unmet needs.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with individuals across several functional areas of Technology Services and the business sectors to support engineering and support efforts for the Virtual Service
- Partner with external service providers to provide talent and services for virtual end user compute capabilities
- Drive innovation through automation of services and capabilities
- Lead efforts to synchronize data between multiple data storage systems
- Derive insights from data to suggest improvement opportunities for the Virtual Service
- Create reports and data visualizations using software such as Tableau to report on key Virtual Service metrics
- Leverage APIs and user interface development skills to automate reporting and user support
- Provide regular updates to End User Services leadership about the performance of the
Qualifications:
- BA/BS required and degree in STEM field preferred
- 6+ years of relevant technology experience
- Experience with automating workflow with PowerSuite- (PowerAutomate and PowerApps)
- Demonstrated experience managing enterprise IT services, technical products, or projects
- Experience with Windows 365 and Amazon WorkSpaces
- Prior experience with data visualization software such as PowerBI, Tableau or Qlik preferred
- Understanding of backend development, specifically the use of APIs to push or pull data from data sources
- Agility to work across multiple functional areas to support day-to-day engineering work
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
