Job Detail:
Act as a liaison between Operations and technical resources and develop, stabilize, and optimize business processes. Identify opportunities within the operation for efficiency gains, enhanced client relations, and cost savings, etc.
Interact with client as needed.
Job Duties
- Support operations leaders in unblocking issues and managing critical tasks from contributing departments
- Identify and analyze data with the goal of providing actionable information to internal stakeholders and to inform client facing reporting and other communications
- Act as a liaison between Operations and technical resources

- Identify opportunities within the operation for efficiency gains, enhanced client relations, cost savings, etc.
- Client interactions as needed
Preferred Experience:
- Start up or new implementation experience preferred
- PM experience preferred
- Remote team experience preferred
- Microsoft proficiency required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience hosting and managing meetings a plus

Job Summary:
- Identify and determine business requirements and define processes, including clarification on any requirement discrepancies.
- Understand business problems and opportunities in the context of requirements and recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.
- Extract, tabulate, and analyze data to support program activity and assist in management decision making.
- Review and edit requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to new processes, functionality, and/or proposed solutions.
- Process all Production Support Requests by receiving defect reports and cross referencing the defect with the business requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience.
