Current Need
We are searching for an Collaboration Analyst in Irving, TX to join the team.
Position Description
Responsible for enterprise adoption of collaboration tools and driving innovation through collaboration and automation. The Enterprise Collaboration Technologies team provides experience technology, services and strategy that bring users together in a seamless fashion. We are looking for strategic thinker with a creative mindset to transition our employees to a future office as a destination experience/hybrid work environment.
This is a key position that will interface with many internal customers, internal groups, vendors and others. This person will work in a team environment and will lead various projects and initiatives. The position requires someone who is technology savvy, has a demonstrated willingness to learn, and has a demonstrated capacity to retain information and knowledge. Attention to detail, and the ability to create, document, and follow processes are essential.
The candidate must have strong interpersonal and communication skills who can work with people at various levels and who can coordinate several projects simultaneously. Applicants also must have a good balance of team leadership skills along with hands-on experience with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Office 365, MS Teams, Webex and others.
Key Responsibilities
- Partnering with other IT organizations to create solutions which will increase productivity
- Leverage user insights and market analysis to ensure innovation and best in class offerings and services.
- Develop and maintain key partnerships across McKesson Technology
- Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Ability to leverage data to drive innovation
- Produce presentations for executive leadership
- Conduct data mining activities and ability to identity usage trends
- Interface directly with customers to gather requirements and figure out solutions to their needs
- Creation of process documentation
- Be a change leader in the way of process improvement
- Working with management and business partners to identify, estimate and prioritize solutions
Qualifications Minimum Requirements
Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years experience
Critical Skills
- Technical expertise Collaboration Engineering, Physical and Digital Spaces, Portfolio Management, Training
- Intermediate/advanced project/program management skills
- Intermediate/advanced experience using Microsoft Office 365 & Microsoft Teams
- Intermediate/advanced experience of Power Tools (Automate, Apps, BI) and Tableau
- Intermediate/advanced experience as a MS Teams/Webex admin and end user
Additional Knowledge & Skills
- Proven experience supporting & troubleshooting complex systems
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proven ability to work with customers to prioritize issues & communicate status
- Self-starter, capable of seeing projects/fixes through to completion
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively across multiple deliverables
- Effective analytical, business analysis and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize/communicate conflicting demands
- Ability to design and implement solutions
Education
4-year degree in computer science, information systems or related field or 4+ years of equivalent experience
