Job Description

The Reporting Analyst will be the point of contact for all Security reporting and statical analysis within the Global Security Organization. The analyst will be responsible for capturing, consolidating, and presenting various metrices and project statuses. The analyst will also work with our service providers and various operation and engineering teams, as required, to complete the tasks needed.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Help drive critical business decisions by analyzing metrics and designing reports
• Communicate these results to managers and often provide suggestions based on their findings
• Regularly examine data reports to locate and resolve mistakes throughout
• Accurately analyze and collect data for various types of business reports
• Create business reports that provide insight into key data points
• Communicate the results of data analysis in written and verbal form to managers/stakeholders
• Research, present and resolve issues
• Prepare transparent standard reports and analyze to support business needs
• Handle projects, present results and meet deadlines by collaborating multiple projects
• Document business requirements to depict user needs with complimentary technical requirements
• Develop and enhance spreadsheets and the functionality of databases such as usage of forms, templates, and logic functions
• Handle information processed confidentiality and proprietary nature of database
• Ensure high data quality through regular quality checks

Requirements:

• Graduation degree in any discipline
• Background in data science
• Minimum 8 years in a reporting role with quantitative skills
• Advanced MS-Excel experience (strong understanding of Excel formulas and functions) and high proficiency in MS PowerPoint and MS Word
• Knowledge on SQL, Python, Scripting
• Must have strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Experience in Tableau, Power BI, VBA Excel, and VBA Access programming (ability to create tools, user forms, etc.)
