ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Senior Associate partners closely with their immediate direct reports on BI as well as internal Planning and Investment teams to collect data, quality assure, and build/drive insights and recommendations. You should have a strong understanding of tools in the media analytics and research space, and will become familiar with internal modeling and technology offerings as you grow into the role.
The Senior Associate sits as a very important member of the group ensuring that all day to day needs of the business are being met and projects are moving along. The Senior Associate will grow under multiple direct reports ensuring that they have visibility into more senior workstreams. This role sits under the NIC team (dedicated to Ice Cream).
YOUR IMPACT:
You will be involved in all steps of the measurement process, which includes:
- Supporting more senior team members with measurement planning, learning agendas, and frameworks
- Support Manager and Associate Director with ad-hoc requests, brand lift set up, etc.
- Data collection, processing, and quality checks
- Developing insights and supporting direct reports with initial learnings and recos
- Report building (specifically for bi-weekly engagement / optimization focused reports as well as wrap ups)
- Being a trusted advisor to junior level clients and internal teams
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors or advanced degree in Statistics, Economics, Business, Math, or Sciences
- Intern and/or 1 year experience preferred
- Experience in the CPG space preferred (as well as eCommerce)
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication abilities
- Ability to foster collaborative relationships with other cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage and prioritize competing projects and deliverables
- Experience with a variety of the following tools and platforms preferred:
- Data Visualization – Tableau, DOMO
- Web Analytics – Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics
- AdServers – Sizmek
- Syndicated Measurement: Nielsen, comScore, DoubleVerify
- Ad Effectiveness Research: Kantar Millward Brown, Upwave, Lucid, Dynata
- Familiarity with SQL preferred; R and Python a PLUS
