Job Description :

Enlyte is looking for a Market Strategy Analyst within our Strategy and Planning Team, focused on commercial initiatives, and market trends. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of the team that is a core part of executing on our growth strategy and targets. We are seeking a candidate with a core set of skills around business analysis, data analysis, market models, and the ability to translate trends into meaningful recommendations for decision-makers. The candidate that joins our team will have the unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the team’s strategic roadmap, whilst addressing an increasingly complex set of business problems.
Responsibilities
  • Develop Market Models within the Commercial Organization and in collaboration with respective business units
  • Perform competitive assessments and market research
  • Lead critically important, high impact, time-sensitive efforts to identify new business strategies and opportunities (e.g., new business models, growth initiatives)
Create tactical and actionable plans through internal consulting engagements focusing on revenue and margin growth.

The ideal candidate, in addition to skillsets mentioned above, possesses a heightened sense of intellectual curiosity coupled with a passion for problem solving and continuous improvement

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a business / quantitative focus (e.g. Finance, Economics, Math, Engineering, Statistics)
  • 2+ years of corporate development, corporate strategy, strategy consulting, business development, investment banking, or related experience
  • Strong practical and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Self-directed, highly organized, and able to independently coordinate multiple tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and explain complex information clearly
  • Experience leveraging SQL or VBA a plus
