You will have an opportunity to:

Lead business process analysis and initial assessment for process improvement projects.

Bring in perspective of technologies such as Analytics, Lean, RPA, AI and machine learning

Coordinate with Business stakeholders to assess the feasibility of automation of a process, record process steps, prepare AS is documentation and get it approved by business stakeholders

Identify automation opportunities and prepare to be documentation.

Explain the to be process to business stakeholders and get sign offs

Work closely with technical team to identify technical challenges in automation and propose

solutions

Create Key stroke level documentation / Process design document

Provide functional inputs for Solution Design Coordinate with technical team to provide PDD walkthroughs

Preparation of Test cases, Test scenarios, participate in Testing process and pre-production runs

Prepare user manuals, training documentation and handover documentation

If you have:

Minimum 6-10 Years of experience as Business analyst

Designing, Consulting Experience or IT domain consulting experience

At least one full lifecycle implementation experience of Digital tools/platforms

Proven track record of driving transformation in client environment

Ability to work independently and on a team with colleagues across the globe

Demonstrable client/stakeholder management skills Self-driven with the ability to manage workload without direct supervision

Added Advantages to the Profiles: Certification in Any RPA technology such as AA, Blue Prism or UI path

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong work ethics

Ability to work within a team environment and autonomously without constant oversight

Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
