Job Purpose
Responsible for driving improvements in data capture and performance reporting for the New England (NE) Jurisdiction to support the NE business in meeting its Strategic Priorities (e.g. Enable the energy transition for all, Deliver for our customers efficiently).
The Senior Data Analyst will play a key role in developing and executing initiatives focused on streamlining efficient, accurate data collection and clear, transparent reporting of metrics/KPIs in the form of scorecards. These scorecards are essential in conveying clear messages to executive leadership.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and maintain centralized reporting platform for Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data collection, retention, trend analysis, and reporting.
- Ensure alignment with NY and UK counterparts and stakeholders across the NE business on methods, processes, and underlying reporting and system capabilities.
- Support metric development and maintenance with accurate and timely data.
- Maintain Key Performance Indicator (KPI) hierarchies, which roll up to provide performance reporting results via dashboards and scorecards
- Provide additional support to Massachusetts leadership, as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Self-starter with strong computer, data visualization, and dataset skills and process improvement mindset
- Proficient in Power BI, MS Access, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint; effective communicator, able to work well and influence in a collaborative manner
- Detail-oriented; well-organized; able to prioritize work; and manage deadlines
- Demonstrated approach for stakeholder engagement

$88K – $103K a year
