Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Data and Marketing Analyst to lead Tricoci’s data driven consumer acquisition and retention efforts and activities. The role will oversee all aspects of data strategy, data science, Business Intelligence, customer insights, campaign analytics, platform strategy, and customer and performance optimization. Outputs include data acquisition and reporting processes, KPI reporting enhancements and consumer targeting initiatives and strategies. While a function of Technology group, this role will work cross functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure data consistency and usability. Metrics will be prepared and communicated with a high-level focus and attention towards impacting the overall operation and sales channels, while executing the vision of a data driven product and services company.
Responsibilities:
- Developing analytics and data strategy, policies, processes, and toolsets that will enable automated reporting, insights generation and the full realization of data as a strategic asset in order to drive business value, insights, and growth.
- Creating strategic growth drivers leveraging consumer data.
- Innovate business intelligence system capabilities, processes, databases and dashboards.
- Streamline data systems and data structures needed to enhance data-driven value creation via automated dashboards, advanced capabilities like data sciences and predictive analytics, and play a leading role in the formulation of internal insights integration, development, communications and execution of the Company’s data strategy.
- Improve consumer spend, acquisition and retention targeting through use of organic and external data sets.
- Develops, implements, and disseminates metrics/KPIs, profitability and outcomes including dashboards and data visualization toolsets from all facets of our business including service, retail, eCommerce and distribution.
- Oversee execution of data and analytics roadmap, including establishing projects for delivery.
- Create data driven presentations to support strategy.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting as required.

Qualifications:
- Proven ability to analyze large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns that drive proposed strategies to that increase account liquidation, revenue, and efficiencies.
- Experience understanding service, retail, and eCommerce guest behavior – guest retention and churn, cohort analysis, and statistical quartiles.
- 5+ years of experience within the data analysis field including KPI creation, reporting, data use processes.
- Ability to analyze and report on customer acquisition cost CAC, LTV:CAC, ROAS, etc.
- Proven analytic and quantitative decision-making skills, including significant examples of problem-solving, performing detailed analysis, and developing and communicating recommendations.
- Strong work-ethic, with high degree of self-motivation and ability to work with limited supervision.
- Ability to manage demanding deadlines, changing requirements, and working with various resources or information.
- Ability to manage datasets.
- Excellent level of proficiency with Microsoft Power BI
- Excellent level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Access.
- Preferred proficiency with SQL
- Excited by a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment—able to tackle multiple priorities under tight timelines with the flexibility to pivot when necessary.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Ability to build strong partnerships across the stakeholders within the organization.
